Over the next 90 days, I will guide you through your journey to becoming a healthier, happier you. We'll work towards transforming your body and get you results that last.

Many of my clients lose at least 10 pounds before they complete the program.

As your virtual health coach, I will give you the nutrition knowledge and tools you'll need to sustain you for life. This should be the last time you'll need to invest in a nutrition or weight loss program.

Whether your goals are to:

this program is designed for you.

I'll simplify nutritional science for you so it's not overwhelming or frustrating, but results-yielding and empowering.

There will be no counting calories or dieting.

Joining this course grants you access to weekly video tutorials, a private Facebook group, and weekly topic-driven group coaching calls to ensure your success. All you'll need to do is put into action the 1 to 2 new action steps a week, and start noticing the results.

Here's what you can expect over three phases of this coaching program:

  1. Design Phase (3 weeks): learn what, when, and how to eat to boost your energy and optimize your metabolism
  2. Action Phase (8 weeks): make tweaks to your lifestyle and build healthy habits that will make you healthier, feel happier, and achieve your body goals
  3. Growth Phase (2 weeks): reach a point of mastery so that your body transformation results become effortlessly sustainable
